Glofoam 500 is a silicone based antifoam capable of effectively removing entrapped air from all types of water based mud under severe field conditions in a wide range of operations. It can be employed in agrochemicals, textiles industry, gas processing, printing fountain solutions, resin manufacturing, and antifoaming in aqueous systems from highly acidic to highly alkaline. This antifoam is water dilutable and effective to control foam in aqueous systems

Industry used

Glofoam 500 works effectively in very low concentrations. Add the antifoam to the water with slow mixing. Prediluted material should be used immediately. If the system can provide adequate agitation to disperse the antifoam, the antifoam emulsion may be added directly without predilution being necessary. Add the antifoam prior to the point where foaming occurs within the system if possible.

Glofoam 500 is available in drum 200 kg and IBC 1000 kg packaging.
